Delivery charges and time frame

1. For deliveries within West Malaysia, the charges and time frames are as below
i. For Printers : RM 15 per item
ii. For GPS / Original Consumables / Esyink Products / Original Software : RM 5 per item
iii. For tablets / notebook / netbook / computer monitor : RM 10 per item
iv. Delivery time will be from 5 to 7 working days

2. For deliveries within East Malaysia, the charges and time frames are as below
i. For Printers : RM 40 per item
ii. For GPS / Original Consumables / Esyink Products / Original Software : RM 10 per item
iii. For tablets / notebook / netbook / computer monitor : RM 22 per item
iv. Delivery time will be from 9 to 15 working days

Transaction charges 

1. For transactions done via paypal / credit card, an additional 2 % charge will be charged.   

2. For transaction done via CIMB clicks / bank transfer, no additional charges will be charged.
